Middle Lake is a village in the Rural Municipality of Three Lakes No. 400, in central Saskatchewan. It sits beside Lucien Lake and is reached from Highway 20, with farmland all around it. Middle Lake became an incorporated village on January 1, 1963.
Today the village has a public K-12 school, a nursing home and Lucien Lake Regional Park. Residents also have a gym, a bowling alley, a community hall, a seniors' centre, a skating rink, 4-H and a music studio. Volunteers keep much of this going through groups such as the Three Lakes First Responders, the Three Lakes Fire Department and the Lions.
